In his speech today from Cairo, Egypt, Pres. Obama made the following statement:

“I consider it part of my responsibility as President of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear.”

ODS Expositor: A new ambassador and apologist for Islam? I must have missed that part of the Pres’ job description in the constitution. I thought he was supposed to protect the nation from all enemies foreign and domestic?

Meanwhile the negative stereotypes of Islam live on because of the very real actions of some Muslims in this country and across the world.

They live on in the attack on an Arkansas Recruiting office this week, they live on when four potential terrorists in NY are caught before they bomb a Synagogue, they live on when a supposed ‘moderate’ Muslim TV executive beheads his wife. The negative stereotypes of Islam live on week after week and month after month in the reports of violence and craziness perpetrated by Muslims in the clear name of their religion.

Good luck fighting against the truth Mister Muslim Ambassador/Apologist, er..President!
