The recent issue of Newsweek, “Obama on Obama” goes way beyond just ‘reporting the news in an impartial way’ which has been the staple MSM motto for more than a generation. It should be obvious to everyone that a new page has been turned after Prez Obama hits the cover of a major ‘news’ mag for the umpteenth time in anyone’s short term memory. Fox news has even started referring to Newsweek as Obamaweek and this latest edition totally justifies that designation.

Here’s the overstatement of the year/decade/century/millennium coming from this anything but impartial presentation:

“Barack Obama, moving as he wishes to move, and the world bending itself to him.”

Wow! That anyone who did even a cursory look into Obama’s his last trip overseas to Russia and the G-8 in Italy could make such an over-the-top statement is way beyond my comprehension. Even campaign ‘spokes holes’ would be too embarrassed to make such a obviously bogus claim.

**(Trumpets blowing!) Newsweek wins the ‘Obamagasm of the week’ hands down! (Bronx cheers following!)
