Since this is my blog and I pay all the domain and hosting fees, everything published on the site is subject to my approval–including comments. I do allow diverse and contrary opinions but I ask all commenters to please adhere to the following policy:

1. No profanity will be tolerated.

     Comments containing off-color language will be either edited (edits will be noted) or deleted.

2. All comments should be on topic–an actual response to the post.

     Pre-written articles on the same subject probably won’t be published.

3. Brevity is preferred and maintained.

     Most folks will not read long comments–a fact. Long-winded rants that are the size of an article should be published on your own blog with a link or trackback. 1/2 page comments will probably be deleted for sure.

4. Any links given in a comment may be deleted.

     All links will be checked out. links to commercial sites or porno will be removed.

5. Trackbacks are allowed and encouraged.

     Spammer trackbacks to scrubbers and porno will be deleted.

6. I reserve the right to edit, move, or delete any and all comments.
